Fridays at 6pm mobility routine
its a kinstretch orientated mobility routine with its roots on Yoga and as it says, its a routine for your mobility based on a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and usable ranges of motion. The focus is to deepen and widen the full range of motion of each body part. Try it and you will soon feel its benefits
Saturdays at 8:15am strong and bendy
the focus will be on more flexibility, but with strength drills so its not only a passive stretching session, it will be active stretching or a mixture of passiv stretches to increase flexibilty while getting strong enough to deal with it. most of the time we work towards a peak asana
Saturdays at 9:45 Mandala Yoga
Mandala Yoga works towards a firm intention and is established on the four elements that bring connection between you and each of the Elements in the Universe – Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Each of these elements have their corresponding Chakra and group of muscles:
Air– quads and backbends. Energetically activating Anahata Chakra, related with our social identity and self-love, finding space in our hearts.
Fire– glutes and IT bands accessing through twists. Energetically activating Manipura Chakra, our solar plexus, related with our will power and ego identity.
Water– groin and hips. Energetically activating Svadhisthana, the Sacral Chakra, our source of movement and connection, related with our reproductive system.
Earth– hamstrings and forward folds. Energetically activating Muladhara, the Root Chakra, related with grounding and safety.
